The Savoy Festive Installation: Creating an Enchanted Winter Experience in London’s Iconic Luxury Hotel

Working closely with The Savoy's Head Florist, the brief was to create something elegant and immersive without relying on traditional Christmas décor. The result was a luxurious enchanted forest-inspired installation, blending bespoke foliage, atmospheric lighting, and innovative design to create a magical guest experience.

Luxury Foliage Arch Installation
The centrepiece of the transformation was a stunning bespoke foliage arch installed over the grand foyer staircase. To achieve the design, Event Trees engineered a custom framework and specialist working platform, allowing the team to safely install lush greenery, twinkling fairy lights, and dynamic lighting effects. The result was a breathtaking statement feature that welcomed guests into a truly magical setting.

Savoy Shop Transformation
The enchanted theme continued into the Savoy Shop, where Event Trees collaborated with LEGO to create an imaginative festive display. Surrounding LEGO's feature tree, we installed layers of foliage, woodland-inspired styling, and atmospheric lighting to create a captivating installation that delighted both children and adults throughout the festive season.

The Iconic Bandstand Reimagined
The Savoy's renowned bandstand was transformed into an immersive centrepiece with bespoke tree trunks, intertwining branches, rich foliage, and carefully designed lighting. The installation created the feeling of a magical woodland growing through the structure, becoming one of the hotel's most photographed festive features.

Working overnight alongside fellow Christmas partners, Event Trees successfully delivered a seamless luxury hotel transformation, demonstrating our expertise in festive hotel décor, artificial foliage installations, bespoke event styling, and large-scale venue transformations.
