The Enchanted Forest: Immersive Event Transformation for The Macallan
Event Trees partnered with Genie Events to deliver a spectacular Enchanted Forest installation for an exclusive The Macallan event in Scotland, attended by VIP and VVIP guests from around the world.
The brief was to completely disguise a 25m x 20m event marquee externally while transforming the interior into a fully immersive woodland experience. To achieve this, our team designed and installed an impressive 30-metre-wide by 6-metre-high entrance wall, featuring a bespoke hobbit-hole-style doorway that created a dramatic first impression for arriving guests.
Beyond the entrance, visitors were guided through a themed foliage tunnel into a breathtaking enchanted forest environment. The interior featured dense greenery, bespoke scenic décor, and a seamlessly integrated stage set, creating a magical atmosphere that immersed guests in the world of The Macallan brand.
Combining immersive event design, bespoke foliage installations, luxury event décor, and large-scale venue transformation, the project showcased Event Trees' expertise in creating unforgettable experiential events for high-profile brands and international audiences.
