Savoy Christmas Installation 2021
For Christmas 2021 at The Savoy Hotel London, Event Trees created a breathtaking winter wonderland installation, transforming the iconic venue with elegant white trees, festive foliage, and atmospheric lighting to deliver a truly magical guest experience.
Working overnight to ensure zero disruption to hotel operations, our team completed the entire festive transformation after hours, allowing guests to return the following morning to a seamlessly reimagined space. This meticulous approach is a hallmark of our luxury hotel installations, ensuring exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.
The centrepiece of the installation was the renowned birdcage within the Thames Foyer, which was transformed using four bespoke white artificial trees, complemented by an abundance of luxurious white foliage and twinkling fairy lights. Carefully woven throughout the birdcage framework, the trees and foliage created a stunning festive backdrop and an enchanting performance space for pianists and live musicians throughout the Christmas season.
Additional festive focal points included bespoke pillar dressings, grand entrance decorations, and elegant winter-themed styling throughout the foyer. To further enhance the experience, the entire installation was illuminated with a sophisticated lighting design incorporating both moving-head and static-head fixtures. Multiple lighting scenes were programmed throughout the day, creating different moods and ambience from daytime elegance to evening festive glamour.
The result was a luxurious Christmas display that perfectly reflected The Savoy's timeless style, combining bespoke festive décor, artificial tree installations, architectural foliage dressing, and immersive lighting to create one of London's most memorable seasonal hotel experiences.
