QEII Centre Mountbatten Room Launch: Immersive Event Design & Experiential Venue Showcase
Event Trees was honoured to create the décor and event styling for the launch of the newly refurbished Mountbatten Room at the prestigious QEII Centre, London. The brief was simple yet ambitious: showcase the versatility of the space through a series of immersive, themed environments that would inspire event planners and demonstrate the endless possibilities of creative venue transformation.
The large event space was expertly divided into a collection of unique experiential zones, each designed to transport guests into a completely different world. Visitors first entered a beautiful white spring garden, featuring elegant white blossom trees and crisp, contemporary styling that highlighted the scale and flexibility of the venue.
From there, guests journeyed into a tranquil Oriental garden, complete with artificial grass, mature trees, and hanging lanterns that created a calming Zen-inspired atmosphere. This immersive environment demonstrated how themed event décor can completely transform a corporate event space.
The experience continued into a vibrant circus-themed entertainment zone, designed as a magical childhood dream brought to life. Rich red décor, bespoke scenic elements, and interactive circus entertainment created a fun and engaging environment that became one of the highlights of the evening.
Finally, guests stepped into a unique drive-in cinema experience, bringing the outdoors indoors through creative set design and experiential event styling. The themed environments showcased the QEII Centre's ability to host multiple event concepts within a single venue while demonstrating Event Trees' expertise in immersive event production.
By combining bespoke event décor, artificial tree installations, experiential marketing environments, and creative venue transformation, Event Trees delivered a memorable showcase event that inspired guests and highlighted the limitless potential of themed event design.
