For LinkedIn Talent Connect at the Hilton Metropole, Edgware Road, Event Trees was tasked with transforming a blank conference space into an unforgettable immersive networking environment that broke away from the traditional hotel conference experience.
Our creative solution was to design a series of dramatic ice cave installations, creating a unique "room within a room" concept that guided delegates through interconnected experiential spaces. The bespoke themed environment transformed the large conference suite into a visually striking destination that encouraged exploration, interaction, and engagement.
Integrated throughout the installation were Event Trees' signature white artificial trees, paired with bespoke ice-white seating to create inviting breakout areas for networking, meetings, and collaboration. The carefully themed spaces provided attendees with a refreshing alternative to conventional conference layouts while reinforcing the event's innovative atmosphere.
A standout interactive feature encouraged delegates to hang networking tags from the trees, transforming the décor into a practical engagement tool. This simple yet effective activation sparked conversations, increased attendee interaction, and demonstrated how creative event styling can enhance networking opportunities at corporate conferences.
The result was a highly successful experiential conference installation, showcasing Event Trees' expertise in immersive event design, conference venue transformation, networking space creation, and bespoke event décor.
