International Confex 2025 was nothing short of amazing! As the UK’s leading event industry exhibition, it’s always a highlight in our calendar, and this year truly delivered!
From the moment the doors opened, our exhibition stand design drew the crowds. It quickly became a buzzing hub for corporate event planners, creative collaborators, and industry innovators, sparking fresh conversations and showcasing the kind of bold, imaginative event design that defines everything we do at Event Trees.
Taking centre stage was our Mediterranean-inspired showpiece, an extra-large wisteria tree paired with an ultra-real fire feature. A true showstopper in artificial tree hire, this installation turned heads and set the tone for meaningful discussion about the future of conference design and experiential events. It was more than beautiful, it was designed to invite interaction, spark creativity, and inspire! Amid the energy of the exhibition floor, our stand offered a serene space to reset. A peaceful sanctuary filled with thoughtful foliage decor hire and warm hospitality, it gave visitors a chance to unwind, recharge, and speak about their exciting event ideas. Confex 2025 may be wrapped, but the conversations, connections, and creative momentum we gained continue to fuel us. Big ideas are blooming, and we can’t wait to bring them to life!
