International Confex 2021: Transforming the UK’s Leading Event Industry Exhibition
Following months of anticipation, the return of the live events industry was celebrated at International Confex 2021, one of the UK’s premier exhibitions for event professionals, venues, suppliers, and organisers. Event Trees was delighted to play a key role in bringing the show to life with a series of striking foliage installations and venue transformations throughout the exhibition.
Showcasing innovation and creativity, we unveiled our modular foliage tunnel for the very first time. Combined with a bespoke foliage wall, mature artificial oak tree, stylish pergola, and vibrant pink neon signage, the stand created an eye-catching feature that attracted visitors and demonstrated how greenery can transform event spaces into immersive experiences.
Beyond our stand, Event Trees enhanced multiple areas across the exhibition. The main entrances were framed with elegant cherry blossom trees, creating a welcoming first impression for thousands of attendees. A stunning cherry blossom-inspired VIP lounge featured white pergolas, statement floral styling, and a bespoke bar area, offering guests a beautiful space to network and relax.
Additional installations included styling within the café bar area and the exhibition's White Space feature zone, helping to soften the venue and introduce natural elements throughout the event. The combination of artificial trees, blossom displays, foliage installations, and experiential event décor showcased the versatility of Event Trees' products across exhibition stands, networking spaces, and hospitality environments.
International Confex provided the perfect platform to demonstrate how innovative event styling, artificial foliage, and bespoke venue décor can enhance visitor experiences, increase engagement, and create memorable exhibition environments.
