Looking up, guests were greeted by a dramatic ceiling installation featuring illuminated LED cloud formations, suspended industrial-style lighting fixtures, and bespoke foliage chandeliers that created layers of texture, warmth, and visual impact. The overhead styling added depth to the venue's architecture while creating an intimate atmosphere within the expansive space.

The guest journey continued through beautifully designed table settings, where every detail was considered. We produced a collection of bespoke table centrepieces, including elegant silver birch displays adorned with handcrafted origami birds, alongside striking tall floral arrangements that added height, movement, and sophistication throughout the room. These installations became conversation starters while seamlessly tying together the event's overall design aesthetic.

Lighting played a crucial role in the transformation, with carefully positioned feature lighting enhancing key focal points and creating a warm, immersive ambience across the venue. The combination of foliage, florals, architectural lighting, and bespoke décor completely reimagined the Porter Tun, showcasing the power of experiential event design and venue transformation.
