Confex 2018: Immersive Exhibition Stand Design by Event Trees
At International Confex 2018, Event Trees created a distinctive immersive exhibition stand designed to showcase how natural event styling can transform traditional exhibition environments into engaging networking spaces.
The stand featured a striking tree-lined pathway leading visitors to a raised meeting area with relaxed, low-level seating. Combining artificial trees, lush foliage, and bespoke event props, the space created a fresh and inviting atmosphere that encouraged conversation, collaboration, and visitor engagement.
Designed as a green oasis within the busy exhibition hall, the stand showcased a range of new Event Trees products and creative event décor solutions. Elevated above a foliage-rich landscaped walkway, the networking area offered visitors a unique perspective and demonstrated how biophilic design can enhance exhibition stands and corporate event spaces.
Each year, Event Trees brings a new creative concept to Confex, pushing the boundaries of exhibition stand design, immersive event experiences, and venue transformation. The 2018 stand successfully combined innovation, creativity, and natural styling to stand out amongst more conventional exhibition displays.
