Award-Winning Exhibition Stand Design at the London Vet Show

At the heart of the stand stood a stunning artificial cherry blossom tree, creating an eye-catching focal point that immediately drew visitors in. Positioned centrally beneath a bespoke pergola structure, the tree brought height, colour, and visual impact to the exhibition space.
To enhance the effect, we dressed the pergola with cascading blossom foliage, allowing the blooms to trail elegantly around the edges and create the illusion of an extended blossom canopy. This immersive design helped soften the overall structure and created a warm, welcoming environment that stood out amongst neighbouring exhibitors.
The transformation didn't stop there. Carefully positioned uplighting illuminated the cherry blossom tree and pergola from below, highlighting the delicate pink blooms and creating a beautiful ambient glow across the stand. The lighting completely changed the atmosphere, adding warmth and inviting visitors to step inside and engage with the brand.
To further elevate the design, we installed artificial foliage panels onto the BeMatrix walls. The lush green planting helped soften the modular exhibition framework while introducing texture, depth, and a natural element to the space. Combining greenery with blossom created a balanced and contemporary aesthetic that aligned perfectly with the client's brand while delivering a memorable visitor experience.
