Tobacco Dock Christmas Installation: Bringing the Magic of a Real Christmas to Life
For this spectacular Christmas transformation at Tobacco Dock, we brought festive magic to every corner of the venue with an impressive installation of 150 real Christmas trees. Working with a dedicated team of 20 crew members, the trees were carefully positioned in clusters throughout the iconic London event space, creating a truly immersive winter wonderland for guests to enjoy.
Each tree was hand-finished with delicate snow flocking, adding texture, depth, and an authentic festive feel that instantly transformed the venue. One of the most captivating elements of the installation was the unmistakable scent of real Christmas trees, which naturally filled the space and enhanced the guest experience, evoking the warmth, nostalgia, and excitement of the festive season from the moment guests arrived.
To complement the woodland-inspired styling, we also designed and installed bespoke Christmas bar backs, creating stunning focal points within the party spaces. Dressed with frosted foliage and festive detailing, these statement structures became the centrepiece of the celebrations, providing a beautiful backdrop for guests to gather, socialise, and enjoy the festivities.
From the dramatic tree installations to the bespoke decorative features, every element was designed to create a magical festive atmosphere that felt both luxurious and authentic. The result was a breathtaking Christmas venue transformation that showcased the power of natural materials, seasonal styling, and immersive event design.
