Alice in Wonderland Event at Ricoh Arena: Immersive Themed Event Transformation
Event Trees transformed the Ricoh Arena into the whimsical and enchanting world of Alice in Wonderland, creating a fully immersive themed event experience that captivated guests from the moment they arrived.
Guests were welcomed by the iconic Mad Hatter, who invited them to one of his legendary tea parties before guiding them through a bespoke rabbit hole entrance and into a magical woodland filled with oversized props, vibrant foliage, and curious Wonderland-inspired surprises. Every detail was designed to transport visitors into a fantastical world of imagination and adventure.
As guests entered the main banqueting suite, they journeyed deeper into Wonderland, discovering a spectacular Mad Hatter's picnic scene, interactive entertainment, and beloved characters including the Queen of Hearts, Tweedle Dum, and Tweedle Dee. The immersive entertainment brought the story to life, creating memorable guest interactions throughout the evening.
The venue was transformed with an array of bespoke Alice in Wonderland props and themed event décor, including the White Rabbit's giant pocket watch, oversized "Drink Me" bottles, giant flowers, enchanted mushrooms, and luxurious themed table centrepieces. Combined with lush woodland installations and atmospheric lighting, the décor created a truly magical environment that delighted guests at every turn.
The result was a stunning Alice in Wonderland corporate event, showcasing Event Trees' expertise in immersive event design, themed venue transformations, bespoke event props, and experiential event production.
